Hong Kong is simply breathtaking. Islands, Hills, Skyscrapers. At first it can be overwhelming. Very different from Singapore. Different but good. Hong Kong is a city that never sleeps. have So many stores of all sizes, restaurants and cuisines from all over the world, and street food, my favorite! In Hong Kong we celebrated the 80th anniversary of Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan. A very special tribute indeed. Some of the hi-lites were attending workshops by Grand Master Eddie Wu at Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Headquarters, paying respect to ancestors of Wu Family members, especially the Founder, Grand Master Wu Chien Chuan, who is laid to rest above Yuen Long Temple. The nuns at the Temple were very hospitable and prepared a eight course vegetarian meal, simply delicious. Hong Kong is a great place to shop. It doesn't matter what you are looking for, you will find it. Temple street is very popular because merchants have small booths displaying their goods. Negotiating prices is an art, and a must! Good luck charms, scrolls, silk shirts were among my purchases. Fastest and most inexpensive way to move around town was via the MTR, Hong Kong's subway system. I loved it!
